Responsible for the day-to-day administration of project(s), from initial planning through case completion based upon the Court approved terms of the administration, supporting the growth and success of the project management team, and additional administrative services provided by Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC (“KCC”) to clients and class members under the supervision of the Senior Staff as needed. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Review and comprehend court documents which specify KCCs responsibilities in an administration,
Create and maintain timelines for each project from the court documents, including both internal and external deadlines and facilitating the completion of associated tasks in a timely manner,
Work with the formatting team to prepare case specific documents for dissemination to class members and clients
- Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency, including confirming accurate deadlines, case specific details (phone number, PO Box, Email) and work with Clients to finalize.
Work with external vendor to audit notice documents and class member specific information before notice is sent to the class.
- Receive and resolve escalated claimant inquiries received via phone, email and physical mail,
Perform and audit data entry of claims/claimant correspondence for accuracy with the support of the claim analyst team, and confirm processing meets standards and requirements created by the project administrator,
- Provide weekly reports to external clients regarding project specific statistics;
Coordinate communications and/or tasks between various departments (including intake, accounting, IT, media, and other ancillary departments) to ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner,
- Create and work with data analysis team to program plan of allocation for purpose of distributing funds,
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

Education and Education:
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
