Job Title: Facilities Management Officer
Reports to: VP – Security Officer
Status: Full-Time, Exempt (Administrative)
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities. Position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and repair bank property to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Schedule and coordinate if beyond expertise.
Routine inspection of bank properties to recommend improvements and/or repairs. Communicate with Senior Management and Banking Center Managers to develop list of needed repairs.
Seek bids and coordinate activities of vendors to include janitorial services, lawn mowing and maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping supplies, pressure washing, blacktop sealing, concrete repairs, painting/staining, snow removal, etc.
Solicit feedback from various personnel on quality of work performed by vendors
Maintain records associated with maintenance and vendor management
Be on-call for emergencies associated with facilities management
With authorization from a member of Senior Management, approve or award third party vendor bids/contracts
Be instrumental in helping to administer the Mario ticketing system and work orders
Transportation of the armored car to bank events
Provide full support at new location grand openings
Responsible for setting up Christmas in the Park in Elizabethtown and Leitchfield.
Effectively oversee and manage Facilities/Maintenance staff, including projects assigned and work performed
Work on yearly budget and send to Jason Goodman
Comply with and assist others in complying with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.
Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations as it pertains to the functions of this position
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the bank’s participation in parades as needed
Responsible for maintaining individual P.E.P. monthly
Assist the bank in efforts to obtain and retain customers
Conduct duties and responsibilities in a manner that supports the bank’s profitability goals, including helping the bank not to lose money and helping the bank save money by improving job processes and achieving operational excellence
Adequate cross training of all job duties have been considered.

Knowledge of banking laws and regulations as they pertain to this position
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and effective computer skills
Ability to deal continuously with confidential information and to work under deadlines
Strong organizational skills and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Good oral, written and human relations skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to deal tactfully with customers, both external and internal.
