·Serves as the site lead for the mission assurance team
·Assigns work with time frames for completion, mentors the team in selection of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques and provides instructions and explanation of assignments and job techniques; checks progress of work; reviews, accepts, modifies or rejects work of team members
·Responsible for the Program compliance of ISO9001:2008.
·Determine and Monitor Earned Value Management for the program (Risk vs. Opportunities)
·AS9100 Internal Auditor – Review production and manufacturing processes to ensure technical compliance with government contracts
·Design surveillance plan in accordance with Quality AssuranceResponsible for program product selloff and collaboration with Government DCMA
·Work with the Defense Logistics Agency and Supplier in determining Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
·Maintain open communication with DCMA and DLA regarding performance of contracts
·Provide metrics to DCMA and DLA monthly/bi-annually regarding performance of the contracts
·Site internal process and AS9100:2000 Internal Auditor
·Develops, maintains and controls the Quality Assurance Plan
·Sources Quality Notes through Procurement to suppliers
·Facilitates the rapid response team, often referred to in Industry as Quick Response Quality Control)
·3rd Releases Purchase Requisitions in SAP PRISM applying Q-Notes and relevant Quality Requirements
·Performs Gap Analysis such as identifying differences between current process and contract requirements
·Reviews all contracts and technical data packages prior to Purchase Order Placement and signs as applicable
·Performs evaluations of suppliers by verification using the Raytheon Supplier Rating System
·Assign and develop surveillance plans for the supplier’s facility
Must have 8+ years of applicable experience.
·Strong technical expertise in Military mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic sensitive devices
·Procurement, Program Quality, Supplier Quality, and/or Program oversight experience, including ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 working knowledge
·Experience in SAP (creation, development of auto generated reports)
·Analytical skills in Root-cause analysis, corrective / preventive actions
·Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to develop solutions to complex process problems; ability to work constructively with Program and Functions
·Customer focused, team player, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a can-do attitude and high personal integrity
·Ability to lead and motivate others toward continuous improvement and shared success in order to meet strategic goals
·Strong planning, facilitating and team-coordination skills
·Flexibility to support multiple areas involving diverse technologies and processes
·Competence in computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point
·Conduct audits of processes and identify existing or potential deficiencies in compliance with customer requirements
·Six Sigma, Lean and other contemporary Methodologies for process improvement
·Strong knowledge of industry technical standards (such as ANSI, ASTM, IPC, and JESD)
·ASQ Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE)
·Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
BA /BS degree technical discipline such as Engineering, Science, Math or similar or equivalent combination of education and experience (Tech BS Degree = 4 years of additional applicable experience).
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
